  • Selling a home can be a big undertaking. We’ll advise you what needs to get done, and how to best prepare for showings. We know the best referrals for estate sales, painters, handyman services, and movers.

  • We’ll review recently sold homes in your neighborhood to assist you in making an educated decision on pricing your home.

    We’ll market your home on the MLS which feeds sites like Zillow, Realtor, and other consumer websites. Our professional interior photos/exterior drone photos will make your home look its best.

  • App and text notifications will make scheduling appointments convenient as possible. Electronic Sentri-lock boxes will make showings as secure as possible, ensuring a licensed agent is present for the showing.

    We’ll present all offers, review the purchase agreement with you and help negotiate the best deal. In most cases we’ll use Docusign electronic signatures to make the entire process seamless.

  • Once we find the buyer we’ll keep you up to date on the inspection, mortgage, and appraisal. You can expect lots of updates and advice based on experience. Our team will order title work and keep you posted on what you’ll need for closing.
